Crowd Disclaimer

Clients and photographers are not allowed to be walking through the orchard or around the property until it is their turn to participate in a session. Everyone needs to stay in their car. In previous years, we had people walking through other people’s sessions — this is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

Reservations

To inquire about availability, please visit the Contact Us page and fill out the form at the bottom. We will confirm via email if that date requested is available.

Payment

You are required to provide a 50% deposit in order to reserve your session time slot, along with the furniture and animal of your choice (if available). Remainder of payment for that day’s session is due the day of the photoshoot.

Acceptable Forms of Payment: Venmo, PayPal, Cash

Cancellations

There is no charge for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, or due to inclement weather — you will receive your deposit back or can simply reschedule.

If you cancel 48 hours or less before your appointment date with expected good weather, you forfeit the deposit for that cancelled session.

Basic Ranch Fee - $70/hour

This includes a one hour standard session, which allows one photographer to utilize the natural landscape of the ranch for a single client.

Mini-Session Ranch Fee - $100/hour

A Mini-Session allows one photographer to utilize the natural landscape to rotate up to 3 clients every 20 minutes. Please note that a Mini-Session does require that you book a full hour.

Note: The above pricing does not include an animal nor any furniture or props.

Furniture - Pricing Varies (1-hour increments)

We have a variety of furniture and props that can be made available upon request for an additional fee.

Please see the following page to see what furniture and props we have available at the Ranch and for details on pricing. Chosen furniture and props will be moved to the photo location of your choice.

Specific furniture must be requested upon booking your session in order to ensure availability.

Animal Friends - Pricing Varies (20-minute increments)

We also have a handful of animal friends at the Ranch that can be requested to make any photo set even more magical!
